🧾 Return & Refund Policy – Facenframes

At Facenframes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, boxes, and accessories are included.

  • A clear unboxing video of the product is provided (see below).

Please note:
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, used, damaged, or customized lenses are not eligible for return or exchange.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure product authenticity and verify return eligibility, customers must record a full unboxing video from the moment the parcel is received and sealed — before opening.
The video should:

  1. Clearly show the shipping label on the package.

  2. Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  3. Show the product condition clearly (front, back, and sides).

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

If your return does not meet our policy criteria, it will be sent back to you without a refund.

🔁 Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or model:

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return the original product following our return process.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed.

  • Returns are not accepted for discounted or clearance items unless defective.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
