We’re committed to ensuring that your eyewear reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details on how we process and deliver your orders.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Note: During promotional events or festive seasons, processing times may take slightly longer due to higher order volume.


🚛 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to deliver your products safely and on time.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.


🌍 Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship Pan India.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding globally soon!


💡 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order directly from our Order Tracking Page or via the courier’s website.


📦 Packaging

All eyewear and accessories are packaged with extreme care in tamper-proof boxes to ensure your product arrives undamaged and in perfect condition.


🚫 Order Delays

In rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to:

  • Remote location or limited courier service

  • Unforeseen weather or logistical issues

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

🔁 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
In case your order is lost in transit, we will replace or refund it after confirmation from the courier service.


💳 Cash on Delivery Orders

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

  • Repeated COD rejections may result in COD service being disabled for your account.
